This is a very rare, factory new 10 pack of Tdk xs-iv design line series recordable minidiscs. The outer sleeve has some wear and creases, but still looks new, never been opened. I bought these more than two decades ago in Tokyo, and they may be the last unopened set world.
The design is original from xs-iv series Eksesiv design, which a kind of abstract blue and red. A true collectors item. They come in a cardboard sleeve, with all 10 discs individually sealed.
